  • What constitutes success in your performances? How often do you practice and focus on the mental aspect of your sport/performance and daily life?Being mentally strong and resilient is one aspect that I thrived at from: Little League to Pop Warner, basketball, surfing, boogie boarding, skateboarding and multiple sports throughout high school, as well as winning two Collegiate National Championships, and then on to playing professionally. I truly believe that understanding how to navigate this process played a large role in the successes I have had both on the field and in life.

    From working with professional athletes, musicians, individuals in secretive government agencies, CEOs of major corporations to various professional sports organizations, each brings a unique opportunity for me to be a part of their journey. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
